What you'll be doing

Serve as strategic analytics partner to Therapeutic Area Field Medical and Medical Strategy leaders on complex business and scientific questions
Lead development and deployment of analytics capabilities including advanced analytics, AI/ML applications, and insight frameworks
Own customer universe and omnichannel targeting framework aligned to strategic priorities and KPI impact
Manage US-based analyst team and coordinate with Amgen India delivery team on analytics projects
Design and facilitate insight-driven forums and Quarterly Medical Reviews that drive leadership decision-making
