- Develop and maintain standard responses, FAQs, and standard operating procedures for medical inquiries
- Identify adverse events and product complaints, reporting to appropriate teams with monthly reconciliation
- Train internal and external teams on medical information management systems and processes
- Monitor call trends, identify emerging client needs and clinical practice changes, communicating insights to therapeutic areas and business units
