What you'll be doing
- Receive, document, and triage incoming safety and product quality reports from patients, healthcare providers, and investigative sites
- Respond to medical information inquiries using approved resources and disseminate accurate product information
- Create and process adverse event and product quality complaint reports with precise data entry and medical terminology
- Review, assess, and process lifecycle safety data in Argus and APEX databases following SOPs and regulations
- Perform quality control and case reconciliation against regulatory listings and safety agreements
