Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Answer phone and email inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events and product quality
- Receive, triage, and process safety data; perform data entry, medical coding, and quality control
- Document incoming reports from investigative sites and other sources; coordinate translations as needed
- Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to positive team environment
- Identify operational issues and propose solutions to project management
Compensation€23,500.00 - €35,300.00 base annual salary
