What they're looking for
- MD or equivalent medical degree
- Clinical experience in psychiatry with formal residency and/or fellowship training
- Minimum two years patient treatment experience in psychiatry
- For Senior level: 1-2 years clinical trial or medical monitoring experience in CRO or pharma
- Therapeutic expertise and strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Understanding of FDA, ICH, EMA, and GCP guidelines
What you'll be doing
- Provide medical oversight of clinical trials ensuring adherence to SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Review and assess serious adverse events, adverse events of special interest, and clinical outcome events
- Monitor safety variables including adverse events, lab abnormalities, and medication protocol compliance
- Conduct medical consultation with investigators, clients, and project team members on study-related questions
- Attend investigator and sponsor meetings and deliver therapeutic and protocol training
