Role summary
argenx seeks an Executive Director to lead medical affairs and evidence generation strategy for FB-102, a first-in-class anti-CD122 monoclonal antibody in development across multiple autoimmune indications. This strategic leader will guide clinical development, lifecycle management, and commercialization while building and managing a team of indication leads.

What you'll be doing
- Serve as MA&EG lead on FB-102 Asset Strategy Team providing strategic guidance for development and lifecycle management
- Develop and execute Integrated Evidence Generation Plans throughout product lifecycle
- Lead FB-102 MA&EG community coordinating scientific communications, advisory boards, and data generation activities
- Hire, coach, and develop indication leads as the molecule progresses through development
- Ensure all medical affairs activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
