What you'll be doing
- Respond to medical and technical inquiries about pharmaceutical or device products via phone, email, internet, or mail
- Collect, record, and triage adverse event reports and product complaints per regulatory guidelines
- Document inquiries and interactions in appropriate databases following organizational and client protocols
- Research medical literature and draft responses for complex inquiries in collaboration with internal and external contacts
- Maintain detailed knowledge of project policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
