Role summary
Medical Information Specialist supporting clinical research operations at a contract research organization. Responds to technical and medical inquiries regarding pharmaceutical and device products, processes adverse events and product complaints, and maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What you'll be doing
- Answer technical and medical inquiries via phone, email, internet, or mail regarding pharmaceutical and device products
- Analyze questions and formulate accurate responses using client-approved resources and databases
- Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints per regulatory guidelines
- Conduct medical literature research and draft responses for complex inquiries when needed
- Maintain current knowledge of project policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
