Role summary
Labcorp seeks a laboratory technologist trainee for their St. Paul facility to perform specimen processing, sample analysis, and quality control in a clinical laboratory setting. Full training provided for recent graduates; night shift position (Wednesday–Saturday, 9 pm–7:30 am) with overtime required.

What you'll be doing
- Receive and evaluate specimens; prioritize testing workflow to maintain turnaround time standards
- Perform extractions and analyses on client, quality control, and proficiency samples per standard operating procedures
- Prepare laboratory reagents and standard solutions; maintain and calibrate instrumentation
- Evaluate data for accuracy, interpret results, and generate final reports with proper documentation
- Monitor quality control rules, maintain laboratory records and logs, and execute corrective actions
Compensation$21.00–$23.00 per hour plus shift differential
