- Advanced knowledge of ERP, MES, and document management systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead investigations, manage vendor relations, and drive improvements
What you'll be doing
- Serve as SME for quality events including deviations, CAPAs, and impact assessments related to materials management
- Develop, revise, and implement SOPs and work instructions aligned with regulatory and operational best practices
- Oversee drug product pack, label operations, and serialization equipment as technical expert
- Manage warehouse assets, compliance audits, temperature monitoring, and audit readiness through proactive gap identification
- Provide scheduling and operational guidance to managed service providers and lead vendor performance reviews
