Role summary

- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and documentation for commercial materials management and product tech transfer
- Represent materials management at cross-functional meetings and serve as primary escalation point for issues
- Design materials management digital system integration strategies with KPIs and reconciliation processes
- Support deviation management, CAPA, change control activities, and root cause analysis investigations
- Oversee warehouse performance, optimize managed service provider contracts, and identify process innovations for efficiency
