Role summary
Materials Engineer manages assigned commodities and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effective raw materials reach manufacturing facilities. The role collaborates across internal teams and external suppliers to drive quality improvements, reduce defects, and support new product introductions.

- Manage supplier quality performance including TQRDC, SCARS, and PCN processes

- Execute continuous improvement initiatives and analyze production non-conformance materials
- Lead new product introduction activities including BOM setup and material qualification
- Coordinate supply chain risk mitigation for shortages, EOL, and capacity challenges
