Role summary

Avantor seeks a Material Handler for its Devens, MA facility to manage warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, order picking, and inventory control. This full-time position supports the Fluid Handling team within the Lab and Production Services business unit.

What you'll be doing

Unload shipments, verify against manifests, and report discrepancies or damage on appropriate documentation
Pick orders ensuring correct product numbers, quantities, and lot/batch information; transport using forklifts and pallet jacks
Verify outbound shipments for completeness and accuracy before loading into trailers or containers
Maintain equipment safely and efficiently; operate shrink-wrap machines and manage forklift battery charging
Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, record adjustments, and ensure proper stock rotation
