Role summary
Material Handler 3 position manages receipt, movement, storage, tracking, and shipment of service materials and tools for field operations. Responsibilities include SAP inventory transactions, cycle count reconciliation, carrier coordination, and training of logistics team members on warehouse procedures and compliance.

- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- 2-5 years warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, and manufacturing operations
- Inventory management experience including cycle counts and physical inventory
- Prior medical industry experience
- Material handling equipment operation experience and/or certification
- SAP and ERP system proficiency; MS Office and FedEx Ship Manager competency
- Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently; extensive walking and repetitive physical motion required
What you'll be doing
- Process materials transactions, troubleshoot data entry, and reconcile inventory cycle counts using SAP
- Manage receipt, put-away, replenishment, order fulfillment, and shipment of field service materials worldwide
- Train logistics coordinators on warehouse procedures, FRU processing, and material handling equipment; audit safety compliance
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve import/export issues and manage international shipping documentation
- Lead warehouse safety and housekeeping improvement projects; contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
