Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for peer-to-peer engagement to develop and execute HCP education strategies for TAVNEOS in a rare disease market. This remote role will lead speaker programs, advisory boards, and congress initiatives while coordinating across cross-functional teams to strengthen clinical confidence and treatment awareness.

- Serve as day-to-day strategic and operational lead for assigned P2P initiatives with clear objectives and performance measures
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across brand, medical affairs, sales, marketing operations, and agency partners
- Identify, engage, and support thought leaders and faculty for educational programs and advisory boards
- Measure and analyze peer-to-peer program performance, thought leader feedback, and customer engagement metrics
