Catalent seeks a Marketing Lead for its Self-Care portfolio to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across vitamins, supplements, wellness, beauty, and OTC categories. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate commercial priorities into marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Strong project management and execution capabilities

What you'll be doing

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned to Self-Care business objectives
Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, and thought leadership
Create customer-facing materials, value proposition messaging, and sales enablement tools
Partner with commercial, portfolio, innovation, and operations stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Monitor campaign performance using established KPIs and optimize marketing effectiveness
