Role summary
Lead the Marketing function in Taiwan, managing a team of four Product Managers and driving market growth through strategic planning, commercial delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. - Proven ability to develop and execute strategies delivering measurable commercial results
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; local dialect preferred
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes of practice
- Strong data-driven decision-making and performance analytics capability
What you'll be doing
- Hire, mentor, and develop four Product Managers into a high-performing commercial team
- Develop and execute local marketing strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks
- Own P&L contribution targets and translate strategy into actionable brand growth plans
- Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Legal teams
