Role summary
Marketing Director leading regional market access strategy and a team of Area Marketers at a pharmaceutical company. Responsible for developing localized marketing initiatives, managing account performance, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive market access objectives in an assigned area.

What you'll be doing
- Own Area market access marketing strategy and resource development to meet performance goals
- Coach and manage Area Associate Marketing team with strategic direction and performance oversight
- Collaborate with Access Leads, Payer Strategy, and Brand teams to develop tailored strategic plans
- Serve as regional expert on customer types, market trends, and payer landscapes
- Develop marketing materials and support field execution for Area Directors and Executives
