- Shape and drive market access strategy in Finland, ensuring patient access to medicines across portfolio
- Lead development of evidence-based value propositions and oversee hospital tender, HTA and reimbursement submissions
- Inspire, develop and empower market access team while fostering collaboration and high performance culture
- Engage with reimbursement authorities, payers, ministries and procurement bodies on strategic matters
- Monitor healthcare, policy and competitive developments to inform portfolio and pricing recommendations
