- Emerson DeltaV DCS system expertise with advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- GMP requirements knowledge including change controls, deviations, and risk assessments
- Experience delivering automation projects from requirements through commissioning and handover
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes and EHSS requirements
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day automation support including troubleshooting, monitoring, and change implementation
- Assess, implement, test, and document automation changes per SOPs and GMP requirements
- Support automation projects from design and risk assessment through commissioning and qualification
- Investigate automation issues, prepare technical reports, and implement solutions and CAPA actions
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for system reliability and compliance
