Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Manufacturing Solution Architect to design and deliver manufacturing capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across a global, multi-ERP environment. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on implementation leadership, focusing on discrete and process manufacturing solutions and MES integration.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership roles
- Deep expertise in D365 F&O manufacturing modules (Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management)
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably life sciences or medical device
- Experience supporting or integrating MES systems with ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing, supply chain flows, and shop floor execution
- Track record with multi-entity, global ERP implementations
What you'll be doing
- Design end-to-end manufacturing processes in D365 including MPS/MRP, production control, and inventory integration
- Define integration architecture between D365 and MES systems; establish system-of-record boundaries
- Drive process standardization across acquired entities transitioning from legacy ERP systems
- Lead D365 implementations as functional lead, guiding configuration and supporting fit/gap analysis
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and technical teams on manufacturing capabilities
