- 12+ years manufacturing engineering experience in GMP environment
- Proven success with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong understanding of filling, assembly, machining, fabrication, automation, labeling, and inspection processes
- Excellent team leadership, coaching, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop manufacturing engineering team to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity KPIs
- Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues and minimize equipment downtime
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Partner with Quality teams to maintain process controls, conduct nonconformance and corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Evaluate and deploy new equipment and automation solutions to improve manufacturing capability
