- Support day-to-day MES operations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Assist with Electronic Batch Record configuration, testing, updates, and workflow reviews
- Analyze manufacturing data and develop reports or dashboards using Excel or Power BI
- Support Computer System Validation activities, testing documentation, and GMP compliance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams on cross-functional projects
