Problem-solving and process improvement capabilities with quality analysis tools (A3, 8D)

What you'll be doing

Review product designs and provide design-for-manufacturability optimization recommendations from CNC precision machining perspective
Independently design process schemes, select tooling, and optimize cutting parameters for multiple CNC equipment types; perform CAM programming and simulations
Conduct prototype trial production, first-piece validation, and resolve dimensional, deformation, and surface quality issues
Design and verify specialized CNC tooling and fixtures; continuously optimize clamping schemes to reduce machining deformation and improve consistency
Collaborate with R&D, quality, production, and procurement teams to resolve manufacturing technical problems and establish CNC process databases
