What you'll be doing

Review product designs and provide design-for-manufacturability recommendations from CNC precision machining perspective
Develop process schemes, select tools, and optimize cutting parameters for five-axis mills, mill-turn centers, grinding, EDM, and other equipment
Execute CAM programming and machining simulation; troubleshoot dimensional, deformation, and surface finish issues during prototype trials
Design and select specialized CNC tooling and fixtures; oversee fabrication, assembly, and on-site verification
Collaborate with R&D, quality, production, and purchasing teams to resolve manufacturing technical problems and establish CNC process databases
