Experience with stainless steel, titanium alloy, medical plastics, or PEEK machining preferred
Familiarity with ISO 13485 medical device quality management systems

What you'll be doing

Review product designs and provide design for manufacturability optimization recommendations from precision machining perspective
Independently develop process schemes, select tooling, and optimize cutting parameters for diverse CNC equipment including 5-axis mills and grinding machines
Conduct CAM programming, machining simulations, and prototype trial production while troubleshooting dimensional, deformation, and surface quality issues
Design specialized CNC fixtures and tooling; oversee fabrication, assembly, and validation to reduce machining deformation and improve production efficiency
Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing technical problems and establish CNC process databases with material parameters and standard solutions
