What you'll be doing
- Support day-to-day CT detector manufacturing operations, defect resolution, and yield improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and execute Design of Experiments to optimize process parameters
- Lead process capability initiatives and early defect detection by controlling critical inputs
- Coordinate equipment fabrication, commissioning, and troubleshooting with production and maintenance teams
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma improvements targeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scrap reduction
