Role summary
Biogen seeks Manufacturing Associates for purification operations at its Research Triangle Park facility. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 0+ years experience, or associate's/BioWorks certificate, or high school diploma with 0.5-1.5 years experience
- Previous experience in GxP or cGMP manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Documentation Practices
- Preferred experience in aseptic or cleanroom manufacturing settings
- Understanding of process automation and software systems such as DeltaV or LIMS
- Previous pipetting experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Execute manufacturing activities including column chromatography, viral filtration, ultrafiltration, and bulk drug substance dispensing
- Operate process equipment and execute validation protocols according to cGMP Standard Operating Procedures
- Document and record all cGMP data, deviations, batch records, and equipment activity logs
- Conduct in-process sampling and analysis including pH, conductivity, protein concentration, and osmolarity measurements
- Maintain clean and safe work environment while ensuring process area audit readiness
Compensation$23.56-$34.14 base salary
