Role summary
Managing Consultant role within Cencora's Accreditation Services team supporting health systems and government clients. Manages pharmacy accreditation projects, leads client engagements, and delivers consulting solutions while ensuring service level commitments are met.

- Active Pharmacist degree preferred
- 3–5 years health system accreditation experience or supervisory consulting role
- Deep knowledge of accrediting standards (URAC, ACHC, TJC, etc.)
- Problem-solving and performance improvement methodology expertise
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Scope, plan, and manage engagement work streams with quality and delivery oversight
- Lead client meetings, timelines, and sponsor update communications
- Document, escalate, and resolve engagement issues and risks
- Develop and present deliverables to clients across multiple concurrent projects
- Travel to trade shows, conventions, and customer sites as required for project support
