Role summary

- 10+ years talent acquisition experience with 5+ years in TA leadership or people management
- Demonstrated regional or multi-market recruitment leadership in APAC
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills with senior leaders
- Experience with TA assessment tools, recruiting data analytics, and vendor management
- Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese and Japanese strongly preferred
- Dedicated change management background required
What you'll be doing
- Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce planning
- Manage and develop TA team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability growth
- Partner with senior leaders and HR on hiring needs, market insights, and talent solutions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across APAC
- Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to improve speed, quality, and cost of hire
