Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Source-to-Contract in the Asia-Pacific region to lead operational delivery of strategic sourcing and contracting activities. The role oversees team performance, manages procurement operations, and partners across functions to align sourcing with business objectives and category strategy.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee workflow, performance metrics, compliance, and achievement of service level targets
- Partner with category, legal, compliance, and marketing teams on sourcing strategy alignment and risk management
- Lead sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, and stakeholder management activities
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness of assigned functions
