Role summary
Manager, R&D Contract & Budget Management role managing end-to-end contract lifecycle for clinical research operations. Supports R&D business functions through contract drafting, negotiation, compliance oversight, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and external vendors.

- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (GxP, Sunshine Act, data privacy)
- Microsoft Office proficiency with contract data analysis capability
- Contractual risk identification and escalation ability
What you'll be doing
- Draft, negotiate, and manage work order, change order, and equipment agreements
- Oversee contract lifecycle including file maintenance, deliverable tracking, and reporting
- Partner with business teams to prepare and execute CDA and NDA agreements
- Lead onboarding and training for new Contract Managers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and regulatory compliance
