What they're looking for
- Bachelor of Science in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred
- Eight years of project management experience in pharmaceutical industry with program management and client interaction focus
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and documentation procedures
- Working knowledge of biologics cell culture, purification, and/or analytics preferred
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent coursework preferred
- Experience managing direct reports preferred
- Leadership experience demonstrated through Catalent-sponsored programs or external background
What you'll be doing
- Lead and deliver multiple complex programs on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Provide mentorship and performance oversight for Program Managers and coordinating team members
- Drive financial performance, resource planning, and issue resolution balancing immediate and long-term objectives
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
- Champion program management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
