- 5+ years life sciences with 3+ years clinical data management supporting interventional trials
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, preferably remote or distributed
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with clinical data platforms and core data concepts
- Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and data management processes
- Track record of operational execution, prioritization, and quality/compliance discipline
What you'll be doing
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor data management associates and senior associates
- Partner with resourcing leads to allocate team members across studies based on skills and capacity
- Identify skill gaps and capability needs; drive targeted training and standard process improvements
- Monitor data quality indicators, compliance with SOPs, and audit/inspection readiness
- Escalate and resolve performance issues, stakeholder conflicts, and resource constraints promptly
