Ensure utilities operate in validated, qualified state compliant with GMP and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize system reliability and availability
Lead investigations of utility excursions, equipment failures, and deviations; conduct root cause analysis and CAPA development
Manage utility-related projects, budgets, capital expenditures, spare parts, and external vendor relationships
