Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Manager for Packaging and Labeling operations on the third shift at its Allentown facility supporting clinical trial services. The role oversees primary and secondary packaging operations, managing staff and ensuring compliance with GMP standards, quality requirements, and production targets.

What you'll be doing

Oversee daily packaging operations workflow, productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics
Train and ensure packaging associates adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards
Monitor production data to identify and resolve safety, quality, and productivity issues
Manage labor resources and scheduling to meet production targets and client timelines
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using company's Practical Process Improvement model
