- Advanced knowledge of brand financial models, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and pharmaceutical market tracking data
- Strategic business acumen, project management skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders using data
- Advanced English and French proficiency, MS Office expertise, beginner-level database programming
- Valid passport and driver's license; willingness to travel 5–10% within Canada and internationally
What you'll be doing
- Mentor and develop MABI analysts in soft skills, technical capabilities, and executive communication
- Drive organizational change through performance management, professional development planning, and succession mapping
- Lead sales force planning, commercial modeling, and analytics supporting incentive plan design and rollout
- Transform technical market data into executive narratives and strategic recommendations for brand and sales teams
- Manage market research supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance
