Role summary

What they're looking for
- BA/BS with 4+ years experience, or MS/MEng with 2+ years, or PhD/JD, or Associate's with 8+ years, or High School diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong technical experience implementing industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Excellent leadership, analytical judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and EHS systems such as Cority or Enablon
- Professional certifications preferred (CIH, CSP, CHMM, ASP, or equivalent from accredited organizations)
What you'll be doing
- Lead industrial hygiene and safety programs; conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations
- Monitor EHS compliance and performance metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and training for site safety and industrial hygiene initiatives
- Conduct workplace audits and assessments to ensure federal and state occupational safety standards compliance
- Partner with business functions and external stakeholders to implement safety improvements and resolve complex problems
