Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Manager to establish and lead a centralized global hub for contract manufacturing documentation, industrialization readiness, and knowledge management. The role will develop scalable systems, standards, and infrastructure across the company's manufacturing and OEM network while partnering with cross-functional leaders and external partners.

Strong experience with contract manufacturing, OEM operations, and supplier industrialization
Knowledge of PLM, ERP, SharePoint, document management systems, or digital manufacturing platforms
Understanding of manufacturing standards, quality systems, engineering change control, and operational excellence

What you'll be doing

Build and lead the Global CM Documentation Hub operating model, governance structure, and stakeholder engagement strategy
Establish scalable engineering documentation standards, templates, and lifecycle management processes across the global CM network
Lead standardization of technology transfer documentation, manufacturing readiness assessments, and supplier industrialization support
Partner with Regional Directors to support Contract Manufacturing excellence across commercial, operational, and engineering dimensions
Develop roadmap for Bill of Process, Bill of Equipment, and Bill of Quality deployment with governance and change control requirements
