What you'll be doing
- Design and govern benefit-related allowance policies while ensuring local tax and labor compliance
- Develop global fleet policy design principles and monitor utilization, costs, and satisfaction metrics
- Support incentive plan benchmarking and ensure alignment between pay-for-performance and company KPIs
- Own optimization and governance of global retention framework for critical talent and succession pipeline
- Conduct market analysis and leverage HR analytics to track program ROI and inform business decisions
