- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor)
What you'll be doing
- Own and drive continuous improvement of regional clinical trial payment processes
- Manage end-to-end investigator and site payment calculations and CTMS administration
- Lead regional team with full people management, performance evaluation, and talent development
- Provide payment support training to study teams and liaison for complex issue resolution
- Resolve failed payment issues across regions, including purchase requisitions and reconciliation
