Role summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Manager of Clinical Operations to lead and develop a clinical operations team across EMEA regions. What you'll be doing
- Oversee, coach, and performance manage clinical operations team members with focus on metrics and KPIs
- Conduct performance appraisals, career discussions, and facilitate recruitment and onboarding for new staff
- Deliver training on SOPs, WPDs, and regulatory requirements; identify and address training gaps
- Monitor quality adherence, facilitate audits, and escalate issues impacting project deliverables or compliance
- Evaluate staff performance through on-site and remote assessments; contribute to process improvement initiatives
