What you'll be doing

Lead and develop Clinical Project Manager team, ensuring studies meet timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
Oversee protocol reviews, study documentation, and regulatory compliance across multiple studies
Provide strategic direction for clinical programs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support internal audits with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Monitor performance metrics, study milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate execution risks
