What you'll be doing
- Own development and delivery of AXP's digital strategy, transformation solutions, and analytics initiatives
- Manage end-to-end AXP business reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and supply chain metrics platforms
- Drive continuous improvement of AXP Process Framework across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Enable functions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across US, Europe, and JAPAC regions to optimize processes and systems
- Lead and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture
