Role summary
Cencora seeks an M365 Operations Manager to lead operational management, governance, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director of Unified Communications, this role balances technical oversight, service ownership, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure reliable and scalable delivery of collaboration and productivity services.

What you'll be doing
- Manage M365 operations including incident, problem, change, and escalation management across all business units
- Lead a team of system administrators supporting Microsoft 365 environment evolution and migrations
- Build and maintain dashboards monitoring service health, support trends, and operational performance
- Define and maintain M365 administration standards, governance controls, and operational runbooks
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve user experience
