- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and packaging instructions for compliant global logistics activities
- Manage logistics quality-system activities including deviations, corrective actions, and validation master plans
- Evaluate and deploy innovative active and passive packaging solutions and IoT-enabled monitoring devices
- Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches, supplier qualification, and transportation lane selection
- Lead process redesign workshops and quality exception investigations to resolve complex cold-chain issues
