Role summary

- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Proficiency with standard office systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRF/TMF tools)
What you'll be doing
- Manage clinical operations and quality aspects of assigned studies in compliance with ICH GCP standards
- Develop clinical documentation including monitoring plans, data quality plans, and trial master files
- Lead clinical teams and coordinate with other departments to achieve project deliverables on schedule
- Monitor trial progress using tracking tools, manage CRF collection and query resolution, implement recovery actions
- Communicate with study sites, ethics committees, and clients regarding protocol compliance and study issues
