Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Local Contact for Pharmacovigilance with native Estonian and advanced English proficiency to serve as the primary regulatory liaison for pharmaceutical safety matters. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in life science, medicine, pharmacy, or nursing
- Three years of experience in clinical trial safety or post-marketing safety management
- Native or C2 proficiency in Estonian; minimum C1 English fluency
- In-depth knowledge of ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Thorough understanding of Estonian pharmacovigilance legal requirements
- Knowledge of compliance and quality management systems
What you'll be doing
- Respond to competent authority requests regarding benefit-risk evaluations of medicinal products
- Monitor and adapt to changes in local regulatory requirements and safety measures
- Establish and maintain project scope, budget oversight, and documentation systems
- Report project metrics, scope changes, and concerns to project management and teams
- Provide monthly regulatory updates to EU QPPV and complete required safety reports
