Role summary

- Ensure regulatory training compliance and implementation across team; escalate issues to resolution
- Oversee staff recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding with GCT training coordination
- Monitor billable hours, utilization rates, expense reports, and PTO management for assigned staff
- Partner with leadership on process improvements, quality initiatives, and investigator relations oversight
