Role summary
Lead Local Operations Manager for solid tumor oncology clinical trials at Johnson & Johnson. - Develop local trial procedures, recruitment strategies, and budget forecasts to meet enrollment targets
- Monitor operational KPIs; identify systemic risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as primary US operational interface to global trial leadership and escalation point for complex issues
